Department of Space (DOS), Government of India, has issued a vacancy notification inviting applications for the post of Accounts Officer (Finance) at Bengaluru on a deputation basis.

Key Eligibility Requirements

• **Category:** Central Services Group-A Officers working in Central Government Ministries/Departments.
• **Experience/Cadre:** Officers holding analogous posts on a regular basis, OR officers with 5 years of regular service in Pay Level 10.
• **Educational Qualification:** Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
• **Ineligibility:** Serving officers of DOS/ISRO are not eligible to apply for this post.

How Applications Are Processed

Applications must be submitted in the prescribed format (Annexure-A) along with required certificates, 5 years APAR copies, and vigilance clearance through the proper administrative channel to the Department of Space, Bengaluru within 30 days from October 26, 2026.

Selection will be based on educational qualifications, relevant experience in financial accounting/advice, APAR gradings, and interview.
