Editorial Policy

This page explains how PublicNaukri decides what to publish and how we make sure it is correct. It applies to every job update, result, admit card, answer key, syllabus, guide and practice test on this website.

1. Our sources

  • Vacancy facts (dates, posts, fees, age, eligibility) come only from the official notification published by the department, commission, board or university.
  • Only government and university websites are treated as official sources.
  • Every post links to the official notification and, where available, the official Apply Online page. We never put our own form in between.
  • We do not copy posts, notes or questions from other job websites, coaching institutes or publishers.

2. How we use AI

Our AI agent Sia reads official websites and notices, writes drafts in English and Hindi, builds practice questions and answers visitors' questions. AI saves time but can make mistakes, so we use these rules:

  • Every date in a post must match the official notice exactly.
  • Every important fact must be backed by text in the notice.
  • A post goes live automatically only when all checks pass. Anything else waits for a human editor.
  • AI-written practice tests are published only after an editor approves them.
  • For previous year papers, correct answers come from the official final answer key, not from AI.
  • In chat, Sia gives dates and fees only from our published posts.

3. What human editors do

  • Review and approve drafts and AI-written tests.
  • Get a message for every post that goes live automatically, and remove it if needed.
  • Decide every reported mistake in a question. Only an editor can change an answer key.
  • Set the rules Sia follows, including which websites it watches.

Every edit to a post, test or question is saved first, so any change can be undone.

4. Language

Public text is written in plain English or in Hindi (Devanagari script). Exam names and common abbreviations such as SSC or CBT stay in Latin script.

5. Corrections

Notices often change through a corrigendum. When an official notice changes, or when a reader shows us a mistake with a source, we update the post. In a test, use the “Report a problem” button with a link, a book page or a photo as proof. If an answer key changes, every past attempt of that test is re-scored. You can also write to support@publicnaukri.com or use the Contact page.

6. Independence and money

  • We never charge for any vacancy information or for filling any form.
  • No one can pay to change what a post says.
  • If we show ads, sponsored content or affiliate links, they will be clearly labelled and kept separate from the information in a post.

7. Copyright

We write our own summaries of official notices and link to the original. Previous year papers are reproduced from the commission's published papers for exam practice, with the source named. If you own any material on this website and want it removed, see Disclaimer section 7.
