How PublicNaukri works

PublicNaukri is run by a small team with an AI agent called Sia. Sia does the repetitive work at a scale no small team could manage by hand. People set the rules, check the work and fix mistakes.

From official notice to your phone

  1. 1. Sia reads official websites

Every 30 minutes Sia checks the recruitment pages of commissions and boards. Each central and state university, IIT, NIT, AIIMS and IIM is checked once a day. Only government and university domains count as official sources.

  2. 2. Sia writes a draft

When a new notice appears, Sia reads the official PDF and writes a clear summary in English and Hindi: posts, eligibility, age, fees, dates and the official links.

  3. 3. Automatic checks

Every date in the post must match the official notice word for word, every important fact needs proof from the notice, the link must be official, and the post must not be a duplicate. Language rules are checked too.

  4. 4. Human editors

A post goes live on its own only when every check passes. Anything that fails stays a draft until an editor reviews it, and AI-written practice tests always wait for an editor. Editors get a message for every post that goes live automatically and can take it down in one tap. Every edit is saved, so it can be undone.

  5. 5. You get the update

The post goes live with the official notification and Apply Online links, and alerts go out on our free channels and browser notifications.

How practice tests are made

  • Previous year papers come from the commission's own published papers. The correct answers are read by a program from the official final answer key, not guessed by AI.
  • When Sia writes new practice questions, a second AI solves each one without seeing the answer. If the two answers differ, the question is thrown away.
  • Questions with an empty option or a repeated correct option are rejected automatically.
  • Any student can report a question with proof (a link, a book page or a photo). Sia checks the report first, and only an editor can change an answer key. When it changes, every past attempt is re-scored.

Sia Prep Coach: preparation for your exam

  • You choose your exam, exam date and daily study time. Sia (AI) writes a week-by-week study plan for that exam.
  • Sia reads your answers in our tests and practice sets and shows each subject's score, so you see where you are weak.
  • Every practice set has 20 questions picked for you: weak subjects first, then questions you got wrong before, then new ones. The questions come only from published free tests checked by our editors - AI does not write them.
  • After each practice set or mock test you can rebuild the plan, and Sia moves more time to your weak subjects.
  • Turn on Telegram alerts and our bot messages you when a new recruitment, admit card, answer key or result for your exam is published on our website.

Ask Sia

Sia answers questions about vacancies, eligibility and exam preparation in English or Hindi. For dates, fees and vacancy counts it only uses our published posts, and it points you to the official website when a notice is not out yet.

What Sia does not do

  • Sia never asks for documents, passwords or payments.
  • Sia does not fill any application form for you and is not part of any recruitment process.
  • Sia does not change an answer key on its own.
  • Sia does not invent dates. If a date is not in the official notice, it is not in our post.

If we get something wrong

AI and people both make mistakes. Tell us on the Contact page or with the “Report a problem” button in a test, and we fix it. Our full rules are in the Editorial Policy.
